AMENDMENT OF ORDINARY CAUSE RULES

In rule 99 (actions craving payment of rent)—

a

after “99”, insert “(1)”; and

b

after paragraph (1), insert the following paragraph:—

There shall be served on the defender in such actions, along with the initial writ, warrant and citation, a notice in accordance with form H8 as set out in the Appendix to the Schedule.
