Form of Declaration of Intent15
The Declaration of Intent shall consist of a draft Declaration of British Character setting out the particulars of ownership of the vessel as they are intended to be when the vessel is registered attached to a Declaration that the ownership of the vessel will, at the time when registration occurs, be as stated in the draft Declaration of British Character.
