The effect of the renewal is that the prohibition has effect from 8th November 1988 to 6th October 1991.
The prescribed area referred to is so much of the catchment area of the Rivers Tweed and Eye as lies within Scotland. The area is defined by reference to a detailed large scale map which may be inspected at the principal office of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland in Edinburgh, on any working day between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.
