6. For the purposes of section 14(2) of the Act(1) (period within which and manner in which the registration officer is to send a copy of an entry in the register to a registered person), there shall be sent by post, or delivered by hand, to each registered person a copy of each entry in the register relating to that person, together with a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations or in a form substantially to the like effect, within the period of 2 months beginning on 1st October 1988.
