In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 20(3) of the Licensing Act 19881, I hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 1988 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1988.

The provisions of the Licensing Act 1988 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st August 1988.
