In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 29(1) and 198(2) of the Licensing Act 1964(1), I hereby make the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st August 1988.

2.  The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978(2) shall be amended by inserting after the entry relating to the grant of a special order of exemption the following entries —

Grant of order varying permitted hours in on-licensed vineyardpremises — s.87A(3) 6.50

Variation or revocation of order varying permitted hours in on-licensedvineyard premises on application by holder of licence — s.87A(7) 6.50.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 by prescribing fees chargeable by justices' clerks in relation to orders under section 87A of the Licensing Act 1964 which concerns the variation of permitted hours in on-licensed vineyard premises.
