The Industrial Assurance Commissioner, with the approval of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 43 of the Industrial Assurance Act 19231 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 1986 and shall come into force on 1st April 1987.

In the Regulations“the Act”means the Industrial Assurance Act 1923.

The fees set out in the Schedule hereto shall be payable in respect of the matters set out therein.

The Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 19862 are hereby revoked.
