The Secretary of State for Social Services in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 49, 84(1) and 166 of, and Schedule 201, to the Social Security Act 19752 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
