The Armed Forces Act 1986 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1987

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 17 of the Armed Forces Act 19861, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 1986 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1987.

The provisions of the Armed Forces Act 1986, so far as they are not already in force, shall come into force on 31st December 1987.

This Order brings into force on 31st December 1987 those provisions of the Armed Forces Act 1986 which are not already in force.

The following provisions of the Act have been brought into force by the Commencement Orders made before the date of this Order.
