Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 21(1) of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 19821, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (Revocation) (No. 5) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 6th August 1987.

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Orders specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
