The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 16 of the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 19331, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
Citation and commencement1

This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of Court Amendment No.3) (Shorthand Writers' Fees) 1987 and shall come into force on 27th July 1987.

This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
Amendment of fees2
In Chapter IV of rule 347 of the Rules of Court2, in the paragraphs specified in column 1 of the following table, for the figures specified in column 2, substitute the figures specified in column 3 of that table:—
