The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 16 of the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 1933(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of Court Amendment No.3) (Shorthand Writers' Fees) 1987 and shall come into force on 27th July 1987.
(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2. In Chapter IV of rule 347 of the Rules of Court(2), in the paragraphs specified in column 1 of the following table, for the figures specified in column 2, substitute the figures specified in column 3 of that table:—

This Act of Sederunt amends the fees for shorthand writers in the Court of Session by increasing certain fees by about 6.5 per cent.
