The International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1987

Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1) and 4(1) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 1, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

These Regulations shall come into force on 21st July 1987 and may be cited as the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1987.

In Parts I and II of the Schedule to the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 19852 for “£220” there shall be substituted “£260”.

These Regulations increase the daily fee of £220 prescribed by the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985 for the use of the facilities of a designated station (as defined in section 2(3) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976) for the testing of a unit of transport equipment or for the testing of a unit of transport equipment as a type vehicle to £260.
