                  <Text>Whereas the Foreign Compensation Commission have, in exercise of their powers under section 4(2) and (3) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, made rules of procedure and submitted them to the Lord Chancellor for his approval:</Text>

            <Text>Now, therefore, the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4(2) and 8(3) of the said Act, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby approves the said rules in the form set out in the Schedule hereto.</Text>

                           <Text>The Foreign Compensation Commission (Czechoslovakia) Rules 1982<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> shall be amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph 1 of rule 37 the following sub-paragraph:—</Text>
