</p><p>The Foreign Compensation Commission, in exercise of their powers under section 4(2) and (3) of the Foreign Compensation Act 1950, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby make the following Rules:—
</p><paragraph class="schProv1"><num>1.</num><content><p>These Rules may be cited as the Foreign Compensation Commission (Czechoslovakia) (Amendment) Rules 1985.</p></content></paragraph><p>
</p><paragraph class="schProv1"><num>2.</num><content><p><mod>The Foreign Compensation Commission (Czechoslovakia) Rules 1982<authorialNote class="footnote" eId="f00001" marker="1"><p>As set out in the Schedule to <abbr class="acronym" title="Statutory Instrument">S.I.</abbr> 1982/1110.</p></authorialNote> shall be amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph 1 of rule 37 the following sub-paragraph:—<quotedStructure startQuote="“" endQuote="”" uk:context="unknown" uk:docName="unknown" ukl:TargetClass="unknown" ukl:TargetSubClass="unknown" ukl:Context="unknown" ukl:Format="double"><level class="para1"><num>(dd)</num><content><p>in the case of an applicant other than a corporation, any person who satisfies the Commission that he is a relative or personal friend of the applicant he proposes to represent and that he has the authority of the applicant to represent him in that behalf.</p></content></level></quotedStructure></mod></p></content></paragraph><p>
