Designation of countries and territory 2 The following countries, namely Barbados, the Republic of Cyprus, Finland, Malta and Zimbabwe, and the territory of the British Virgin Islands, are hereby designated within paragraph (b) of the definition of “exchangeable licence” in subsection (1) of section 110 of the Road Traffic Act 1972.
