Coming into Operation
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 12 of, and paragraphs 10 and 12 of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 19771, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation, in accordance with paragraph 11(1) of the said Schedule, with bodies recognised by him as representing persons who are likely to be affected by the regulations, hereby makes the following regulations:—
