Coming into Operation
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 9(2) and 32(1) of the Immigration Act 1971, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1986.

In Article 4(4)(c) of the Immigration (Control of Entry through Republic of Ireland) Order 19721 after the word “Greece”
there shall be inserted the words “, Portugal or Spain”
