any person on whom any immunity from suit and legal process is conferred by the European Communities (Immunities and Privileges of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organisation) Order 19853 (which confers certain immunities and privileges on the representatives and officers of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organisation);

any member of the family of a person exempted under any of the preceding paragraphs forming part of his household.”.
