HEALTH AND SAFETY
These Regulations amend the Explosives
Act 1875 and various Orders in Council, orders
and rules made thereunder or otherwise relating to explosives, by substituting
measurements expressed in metric units for measurements not so expressed.
The measurements thus substituted preserve the effect of the original provisions
except to the extent necessary to obtain amounts expressed in convenient and
suitable terms. (Regulations 2
