The Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (Commencement) Order 1981

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 155(7) of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, I hereby make the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (Commencement) Order 1981.

The Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 shall come into force on 6th July 1981.
