In section 5(2)(c) of the Agriculture (Ploughing Grants) Act 1952 (c.35) for the words “either or both of those countries” there are substituted the words “Great Britain or the United Kingdom, that Minister and the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales acting jointly, and in relation to a joint scheme for Northern Ireland”.
