Revocation

3.  The Oil Heaters Regulations 1962, the Oil Heaters Regulations 1966 and Regulation 7(1) of the Heating Appliances (Fire Guards) Regulations 1973 are hereby revoked—

(a) in relation to goods sold, or in the possession of any person for the purpose of being sold, by the manufacturer or importer into Great Britain of those goods, on 1st April 1977; and

(b) in relation to other goods, on 1st September 1977.
