For the reference in section 230(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to land which has been acquired by a Minister, a local authority or statutory undertakers under Part VI of that Act or compulsorily under any other enactment, or has been appropriated by a local authority for planning purposes, and for the references in that section and in section 232 of that Act to land which has been so acquired or appropriated, substitute references to the site of the walkway, and for the reference in the said section 230(1) to any development with a view to which the land was acquired or appropriated substitute a reference to any development affecting the site of the walkway.
