The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph (c) of Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1960 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
1. The Open University is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 1960.
2. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 1969 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1969.
