The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

This Order may be cited as the Census of Distribution (1967) (Restriction on Disclosure) Order 1965 and shall come into operation on 31st December 1965.
