No individual estimates or returns and no information relating to any particular undertaking obtained by means of the census of distribution and other services to be taken by the Board of Trade in the calendar year 1967 and no part of any such estimates, returns or information shall, without the previous consent in writing of the person carrying on the undertaking which is the subject of the estimates, returns or information, be disclosed except—

a

for the purpose of taking the said census or for the purpose of preparing or providing, in relation to or in connection with that census, any survey, report, summary or other communication required by the said Act to be made or published; or

b

for the purpose of any proceedings for an offence under the said Act or any reports of those proceedings.
