The Commons Registration Act 1965 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1965

The Minister of Land and Natural Resources in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 25(2) of the Commons Registration Act 1965, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—

This Order may be cited as the Commons Registration Act 1965 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1965.

The Commons Registration Act 1965 shall come into force for the purposes of sections 2(2) and 11 thereof on 1st January 1966.
