Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers by section 112 of the Government of India Act 1833 the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 19451 the Foreign Jurisdiction Act 1890 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested or reserved to Her in pursuance of the British Guiana Act 1928 or the West Indies Act 1962 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
