FOREIGN COMPENSATION

These Rules replace the Foreign Compensation Commission Rules, 1950, and make a number of changes, including:(1) Applications must in future be received within the time fixed by the Order in Council under which the claim is made; the times allowed for taking other steps in proceedings have been altered in some cases so as to prevent unnecessary delay (Rule 7, etc.);(2) If the Commission approve, a father, guardian or other person may be appointed to act on behalf of an infant (Rule 8);(3) Determinations of the Commission may be made by two Commissioners, instead of three (Rule 35).
