These Rules may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1951.

The Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1926, as amended, shall be further amended as follows:—
a
After sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (10) of Rule 60, the following proviso shall be inserted:—
Provided that orders for payment out of court of any sum of money may be made by the registrar.
b
Rule 64B shall be deleted.
We, the undersigned, members of the Rule Committee appointed under s. 99 of the County Courts Act, 1934, having by virtue of the powers vested in us by s. 27 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1925, as amended by s. 8 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1943, made the foregoing Rules, do hereby certify the same under our hands and submit them to the Lord Chancellor accordingly.
I allow these Rules which shall come into force on the 23rd day of July, 1951.
