If forthwith upon any such Adjudication as aforesaid the Amount of the Penalty or Forfeiture, and of such Costs as aforesaid, be not paid, the Amount of such Penalty and Costs shall be levied by Poinding and Sale; and such Sheriff or Justices, or either of them, shall issue his or their Warrant of Poinding and Sale accordingly.
