79 Votes of lunatics and minors, &c.

If any shareholder be a F1person of unsound mind or idiot, such F1person of unsound mind or idiot may vote by his committee; and if any shareholder be a minor he may vote by his guardian or any one of his guardians; and every such vote may be given either in person or by proxy.
