38 Complaints to be made within seven days.U.K.
All complaints under the provisions of the London Hackney Carriage Act, 1831, or of this Act, or of the orders and regulations made in pursuance of either of them, F1. . ., shall be made within seven days next after the day on which the cause of complaint shall have arisen.
