It shall not be lawful to erect any buildings upon any disused burial ground, except for the purpose of enlarging a church, chapel, meeting house, or other places of worship.

5 Savings of burial grounds sold by Act of Parliament.U.K.

Nothing in this Act contained shall apply to any burial ground which has been sold or disposed of under the authority of any Act of Parliament.
