2 Section 3, of 3 & 4 W. 4. c. 106 extended to private estates of Her Majesty, &c.
Section three of the M1Inheritance Act 1833 shall extend and apply to the private estates of Her Majesty, her heirs or successors, and to any devise or assurance by Her Majesty, her heirs or successors, of such private estates.
