On the production to any such keeper of an extract of a decree of reduction of any such lease, assignation, assignation in security, translation, adjudication, instrument, discharge, or renunciation [F1registered or as the case may be] recorded in the register of which he is the keeper, he shall forthwith duly [F2register or] record the same.
