On the production to any such keeper of an extract of a decree of reduction of any such lease, assignation, assignation in security, translation, adjudication, instrument, discharge, or renunciation F1registered or as the case may be recorded in the register of which he is the keeper, he shall forthwith duly F2register or record the same.
