All such leases executed after the passing of this Act, and all assignations F2of any such lease registered or recorded as aforesaid, assignations in security of any such lease recorded as aforesaid, and translations thereof, and all adjudications of such leases F3registered or recorded as aforesaid, or assignations in security, shall in competition be preferable according to their dates of F4registering or recording.
