An Act to amend an Act of the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Victoria, Chapter Ninety-nine.

WHEREAS the Law touching Evidence requires further Amendment:

Be it therefore declared and enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice mid Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows :
