Inclosure Act 1849
1 New boundaries of parishes may be set out.
2 Persons having rights of common may be dealt with as a class.
3 Meetings for instructions.
4 Commissioners may complete proceedings under 6 & 7 Will. 4. c. 115.
5 Quit rents, chief rents, and heriots.
6 Balance of money raised by sale of land.
7 Exchange and partition of rights, &c.
8 Separate tracts.
9 Extending provisions of recited Acts to the fixing of boundaries under this Act.
10 How persons exercising acts of ownership where rights suspended or extinguished, or allotments directed to be entered upon, may be proceeded against. Remedies independent of this provision to be unpredudiced.
11 Lands held under separate titles, by the same person may be exchanged.
12 Recited Acts deemed part of this Act.
