8Reproduction of Inheritance (Family Provision) Act, 1938, as amended

In accordance with the foregoing provisions of this Part of this Act, the said Act of 1938 shall have effect as respects a person dying after the commencement of this Act as set out in the Fourth Schedule to this Act.
