The Trade Disputes and Trade Unions Act, 1927 (in this Act referred to as “the Act of 1927”) is hereby repealed, and, . . . F2 every enactment and rule of law amended or otherwise affected by that Act shall, as from the commencement of this Act, have effect as if the Act of 1927 had not been passed.
