or</Text></P4para></P4><P4 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Geo6/6-7/39/section/2/1/b/ii" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/Geo6/6-7/39/section/2/1/b/ii" id="section-2-1-b-ii"><Pnumber>ii</Pnumber><P4para><Text>the said person is to be treated for the purpose of the said section four as having sustained the injury or suffered the detention by reason of his service;
