11 Leases to which this Act applies.

This Act, so far as it relates to the disclaimer of leases, shall only apply to a lease which—
a
provides that the term created thereby will expire, or may be determined, at a date not later than five years after the material date; or
b
provides (whatever form of words may be used) that the term created thereby will expire, or may be determined, at the end, or not later than twelve months after the end, of any war in which His Majesty may be engaged.
