Part IV of the Lancashire County Council (Rivers Board and General Powers) Act,
Sections one hundred and forty-eight, one hundred and forty-nine and one hundred and fifty-one to one hundred and fifty-five of the Middlesex County Council Act, 1944.
Sections thirty-nine to forty-five of the Cumberland County Council Act, 1948.
Such other enactments contained in amy loead Act or statutory order as may be added to this Schedule by an order of the Minister (which shall be made by statutory instrument and, if objected to by any authority authorised to enforce this Act and having functions under the local Act or statutory order, or by any local authority having such functions, shall be subject to special parliamentary procedure).
