The procedure to be followed on or in connection with applications and complaints under any of the last four preceding sections to agricultural wages committees and sub-committees thereof shall be such (if any) as may be prescribed.

The Minister may pay to persons attending as parties or witnesses before agricultural wages committees and sub-committees thereof allowances by way of compensation for expenses incurred and time lost by such persons in so attending, at such rates as he may, with the approval of the Treasury, determine, and all payments made under this subsection shall be defrayed as part of the expenses of the Minister in carrying this Act into effect.
