The Cutlers’ Company shall continue to keep at Sheffield the register of trade marks (in this Schedule called “the Sheffield register”) kept by them immediately before the appointed day, and, save as otherwise provided by this Schedule, the Sheffield register shall for all purposes form part of the register.
