FIRST SCHEDULE U.K. Transitory Provisions

1 U.K.In the construction and for the purposes of any Act of Parliament, any judgement, decree, order, award, deed, contract, regulation, byelaw, or other document passed or made before the transfer to the Minister . . . F1 or Secretary of State from any other Government Department of any powers or duties by or under this Act, but so far only as may be necessary for the purpose of such transfer, the name of the Minister . . . F1 or Secretary of State shall be substituted for the name of the other Government Department.
