9 Forgery of documents.

(1)

If any person with intent to deceive—

(a)

makes or has in his possession any document so closely resembling a licence or permit under this Act as to be calculated to deceive;

he shall be liable F2on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding F3the statutory maximum or on conviction on indictment to a fine.
